Arrival at Marrakech airport, welcome by your local guide and transfer to your riad at the heart of the Medina.

Depending on your arrival time, you will have some time to explore the Medina of Marrakech and its vibrant Djemaa ELfna square. Dinner at your Riad "Chicken tagine".
Moroccan breakfast at your riad then escape from the bustling city. Learn how to cook a Moroccan meal while enjoying the non-touristy countryside relaxation. Chef Tarik's Garden is located about 29 km from the city of Marrakech. Upon arrival, he will take you around his organic farm.
On the program, presentation and preparation of traditional tea with tasting, presentation of spices, the vegetable garden and products, preparation of 2 Moroccan salads, 2 tagines, 1 dessert and traditional bread, visit of the village while the tagines are cooking, tasting lunch prepared meals and Moroccan apprentice cook's certificate issued at the end of the session!
In the middle of the afternoon, drive back to Marrakech to prepare for our Dinner under the theme "discovery & gastronomy". In the heart of the medina of Marrakech, at the end of a small alley, hides an authentic riad, a true work of art with a refined decoration where luxury, calm, and pleasure reign supreme ... A gastronomic table taking you to the discovery of the aromas and flavors of today's Morocco ... An evening punctuated by a show of traditional oriental dance, dervish dance, Andalusian music duo and troupe of Gnaoui dancers and singers ...
Night at your Riad in the heart of the medina in a double room
Breakfast at the riad then we leave for a day trip to Ourika valley located about 30 km from Marrakech. Rich and green agricultural region, mainly populated by Berbers, it gradually rushes into the Moroccan High Atlas, offering a beautiful nature where the colors play with the mountain and the sky. This day allows a first approach of the gastronomic culture of the country within particular the visit of a saffron culture, also called "red gold", with innumerable virtues and basic elements for the preparation of the most famous dishes.
Lunch on the theme "Berber cuisine" with a local Berber family, then time to explore this magnificent area, ecounetring with the Berber population to get a deep insight of their traditional way of life and traditions.
Return to the riad at the end of the afternoon.
Our evening food tour takes you beyond the square. We’ve curated some of our favorite places in the streets and back alleys of the medina. This is a walking food tour in the medina. We advise our guests to wear good shoes for walking and also be prepared for crowds.
The tour begins at 6 p.m. (5:30 p.m. in January and February) and last approximately three and a half hours. You will try local products from our carefully chosen food stalls, clean, fresh & healthy ... we will break the language barrier and explain about the ingredients and the culture behind each dish.
